SRINAGAR: The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a merit-based, fully funded scholarship for students who want to pursue PhD.
The scholarship will be awarded by the Science, Technology, and Research Agency (A*STAR), the Nanyang University of Technology (NTU), the National University of Singapore (NUS), and the University of Technology and Design from Singapore. (SUTD). The application deadline is December 1, 2023.
The courses eligible for scholarship include biomedical sciences, computing and information sciences, engineering and technology, and physical sciences. For eligibility, the candidates must have excellent academic results, good reports from academic referees, and be skilled in written and spoken English.
In order to complete the application process, candidates must submit a comprehensive set of documents. These include an identification card or passport, academic transcripts, two recommendation reports, and a passport-size photograph.
Selected candidates will receive support for up to 4 years of PhD studies, which includes tuition fees, a monthly stipend of $2,200 (INR 183107.21), which will be increased to $2,700 (INR 224722.49) after passing the qualification examination, airfare, and a settling allowance.
