As per police spokesperson situation remained peaceful across the Kashmir valley on Saturday barring some incidents of stone pelting.
Incidents of stone pelting were reported from Khuraham, in Ganderbal, Ragipora, Bus stand in Kupwara, Nani Nara in Bandipora.
However police and government forces have claimed that they exercised maximum restraint while dealing with the law and order situations. No one was hurt.
