As per a police spokesperson the situation throughout Kashmir remained peaceful on Saturday. However, there were stone pelting reported from Tahab Chowk and Newa in Pulwama, Cement Bridge and Azadgung in Baramulla, Papchan, Gulshan Chowk and Naidkhai in Bandipora, a couple of places in Shopian, Khudwani in Kulgam and Galwanpora Humhama in Budgam.
After the Ramban incident, police claim that the deployments exercised maximum restraint today and only 15 police and CRPF men and two civilians were injured. All the injured are stable.
