Hundreds of people on Tuesday participated in the funeral prayers of the slain Baramulla youth killed by unknown gunmen on Monday evening in north Kashmir.
Despite strike call, people in large numbers had turned up for the funeral of the three youth identified as Asif Ahmed Shiekh, Haseeb Ahmad Khan and Mohammad Asgar who were killed by unknown gunmen late last night at Iqbal Market of Khanpora area of Baramulla.
The funeral was held today morning at their native place at the old town area of Baramulla.
Meanwhile, a complete shutdown is being observed in Baramulla to mourn the killings of three youths, while Kashmir Valley shuts on strike call given by Joint Resistance leadership against the civilian, militant killings in south Kashmir
Meanwhile, police on late Monday evening issued a press release in which they claimed that one Pakistani militant and two local militants are involved in the killings.
