SRINAGAR: A man was injured after being mauled by a bear in the Monghama Dankaad area of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday, reports said.
The incident took place in the Dankaad area, where the man was attacked by the bear, according to reports.
The injured, identified as Bilal Ahmad, son of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, a resident of Monghama Dankaad, was taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Tral for initial treatment.
He was subsequently referred to Srinagar for further medical care.
