SRINAGAR: The owner of a spa centre and the landowner on which the establishment was operating have been booked in Akhnoor for allegedly violating the District Magistrate Jammu’s order mandating police verification of tenants, workers, and employees, according to a report in Daily Excelsior.
Police told Daily Excelsior that the spa centre, operating under the name Colour Relaxing Spa Centre, was found functioning without the mandatory police verification of its staff, which amounts to a breach of the notifications and directives issued by the District Magistrate.
Accordingly, an FIR under Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) has been registered at Police Station Akhnoor against the incharge and the owner of the spa centre.
