SRINAGAR: Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Abdul Rahim Rather, chaired a Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting on Saturday to discuss the provisional calendar for the ongoing Budget Session 2025.
Legislators, including Leader of Opposition Sunil Kumar Sharma, Ali Mohammad Sagar, Mubarak Gul, Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami, Gulam Ahmad, Mir Mohammad Fayaz, and Choudhary Mohammad Akram, participated in the meeting. They put forth suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of the budget session and ensure discussions remain fruitful and result-oriented for the public interest.
Secretary of the Assembly, Manoj Kumar Pandit, along with senior officials from the Assembly Secretariat, was also present at the meeting.
