As the speaker resumed the business of the house again after first adjournment this morning, he disallowed the discussion on beef ban.
The Speaker of the state legislature, Kavinder Gupta, said that the discussion is not allowed.
“Under rule 58, the discussion on the debate on beef ban issue is disallowed,” Kavinder Gupta said. “When bills will come up, we will discuss it then,” he added saying that he has received few bills on the issue.
Gupta was responding to demand of NC, Congress and Rashid’s demand. M Y Tarigami and Hakeem Yaseen had moved adjournment motion on the issue.
As CAPD Minister started discussion on a question, the opposition legislators jumped into the house Well and raised slogans against the government.
