SRINAGAR: A recruitment drive for SPOs was held in district Srinagar, a police spokesman said in a statement.
The recruitment drive was held in four phases starting from 28 October 2019. Recruitment drive concluded today with 866 candidates appearing for the physical endurance test.
Pertinently physical endurance test consisted of 1600m race for males, 1000m for females and 20 pushups for male candidates.
The recruitment drive was held at Sher-e-Kashmir Cricket Stadium, Sonwar. Youth from Srinagar showed great enthusiasm in the recruitment drive and appreciated the arrangements made by district police Srinagar.
