The counting for Srinagar parliamentary constituency will be taken up at 8.00 am today and the results would be announced by 5.00 Pm in the evening.

According to an official of district administration, “Counting for Srinagar parliamentary constituency will be taken up at 8.00 am and the results are likely to be announced by 5.00 Pm in the evening.”
The total percentage in poling conducted twice is 7%
The main contest is between National Conference veteran Dr Farooq Abdullah and PDP’s Nazir Ahmad Khan.
On April 8, the day of polling, eight people were killed while many others injured.
