Passport Mela will be organized by the Passport Office Srinagar on 7/05/2016 and 14/05/2016 at Passport Office Srinagar for the applicants of Kashmir Region. Appointments for 07/05/2016 and 14/05/2016 will be released from 29/04/2016 at 11 AM.
Applicants need to submit the Passport Applications Forms online for Fresh/Re-issue of passport under normal category and book prior appointment before visiting Passport Seva Kendra Srinagar.
Applicants are requested to log on to the passport India website www.passportindia.gov.in to fill and submit the application forms online through debit/Credit card or internet banking through State Bank of India (as mentioned on the website).
Appointments for the Passport Mela, will be allotted by the system as per availability for 07/05/2016 and 14/05/2016. Applicants are required to visit the Passport Office in person for application processing for Biometrics (finger prints)/photograph capturing.
On the appointment date/time, the applicants along with printout of Appointment Letter and original documents (photocopies thereof) must visit the Passport Seva Kendra at Passport Office Srinagar for processing their Passport applications.

Passport Adalats will also be held concurrently on the said dates. Only applications pending over three months will be attended to at the Adalat. Applicants should sent email/Fax/ letter to PO intimating his/her intention to attend the adalats at least five working days before the Adalat.
