As the speaker Mubarak Gul, was referring to the obituary reference on the demise of Dharam Chandar Prashant Ex- MP, Daya Krishan Kotwal, Ex- MLC and Ghulam Nabi Shora Ex- secretary before the house, president AIP and MLA Langate, Er Rasheed said “all the ministers are stooges of Indian Army here.”

After the speaker invited leader of the opposition and PDP President Mehbooba Mufti to speak on the resolution, she also referred to the killings of civilians, security forces and army personnel. Mehbooba also referred to the civilian killings of Markundal, Kishtwar and Shopian.

Mehbooba said, “The irony is that our government does nothing apart from issuing statements.” She added that the police officers involved in the civilian killings have been posted on the prize posts.

“There is nobody to hear the pleas of Kashmiris, they demanded for the body of Afzal Guru, when nobody came to listen them, they returned to normalcy, they demanded cases to be registered against the men in uniform who killed civilians in 2010, but when they were not paid any heed they returned to their normal business. It seems that justice is a casualty in our part of the world, where even ministers are accused of being on the payroll of the army and other agencies.”
