Asserting that the governor’s rule imposed in Jammu and Kashmir at present is no alternative to the people’s government, the high level delegation of the state BJP on Sunday held a detailed meet with the party high command at New Delhi.

Reports informed Kashmir News Service that the ten member delegation of the state BJP and contesting candidates of Kashmir valley held deliberations with the party high command thoroughly discussing the present political scenario.

The delegates led by the senior vice state president of the BJP emphasized for people’s government at an earliest, saying people’s aspiration must be addressed sans any delay and the mandate accorded by the people be respected

The delegation said that governor’s rule in no way could resolve people’s issue and democratically elected government must be given priority at this hour of great need. He stated that as governance is the priority hence no delay should be done in the formation of the government over this one point agenda with equitable growth of all the three divisions of the state and no compromise country’s sovereignty.

It maintained that the BJP high command was positive over mitigating woes and he is hopeful that the democratic government in Jammu and Kashmir witnessed soon.
