SRINAGAR: A minor girl was mauled to death by stray dogs in the Waghama area of Bijbehara in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
An official said that the victim, Arshima (8), daughter of Gh Nabi Wani, a resident of Waghama, was attacked by stray dogs in her native village.
He said the girl suffered grievous injuries in the incident and was rushed to the hospital, where she was declared dead.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KNO)
