Strength the Congress Party: Bashir Magrey

Vice President J&K Pradesh Congress Committee, Bashir Ahmad Magrey (MLC) on Saturday said that Congress party is committed for Socio Economic Development of the State.

“Strengthen the Congress party to serve the interests of the people in a better way,” Magrey said while speaking to a public meeting held in Town Hall, Shopian today.

He also impressed the Ministers that before their visit to any district Congress leaders and prominent leaders of those districts should be informed as has already been directed by Prof Saifuddin Soz President J&K PCC as it will enable cadres to identify the problems of people and bring to the notice of Hon’ Ministers.

Meanwhile, a meeting of prominent leaders of district, block presidents, Sarpanchs and Panchs was held at Baramulla today. The meeting was presided over by Congress MLC, Gulam Nabi Monga.

“Gear up for BDC Elections and ensure the victory of Congress Party Candidates,” Monga told party workers and leaders. “Congress party is ready for these elections and we would certainly prove to be number one in these elections because Congress Party is strong enough in all the three regions of the state.”

He told the gathering of workers that Party is going to organize conventions at block level and those will be addressed by Prof. Soz himself, asked the workers to prepare themselves for these Political Conventions.
