SRINAGAR: The board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank has appointed Sudhir Gupta as the bank’s new Executive Director for three years. He is currently the General Manager looking after Estates, and Communications.
The board appointment has been sent to the regulator and the SEBI, as is required under the law governing listed companies.
Gupta joined JK Bank as Probationary Officer in 1989 and has served the bank in different capacities. Apart from heading a branch, he has headed three different zones of the Bank as the head of the zone. Besides, he has served the Jammu and Kashmir Grameen Bank for two years as chairman.
