Furious over bringing back the “tainted” Tehsildar who was attached after allegations were leveled against him, Traders union and senior citizens of Dooru area of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district, on Friday locked up a tehsil office Dooru in protest.
Official sources said that scores of traders and senior citizens of Dooru sealed the tehsildar’s office as a mark of protest for bringing him back. The said Tehsildar was recently attached following some serious allegations.
According to official sources, the traders have locked up the tehsildar’s office after he managed to get court orders in his favor.
