While rebutting the charges of land grabbing at Chak Lalu Shah, Jammu leveled by Tilak Raj & Hem Raj sons of Karam Chand against Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control, Taj Mohi ud Din termed them as malicious, concocted and deliberate.
In a statement Taj said the issue of the said piece of land in the name of his daughters is pending adjudication with the Jammu Bench of the Hon’ble High Court and any opinion or statement at this juncture amounts to contempt of the Hon’ble court.
Taj has wondered how events one after another are unfolding, which smacks of intrigue and conspiracy against him.
When some people, having vested interests, failed on one count they have now propped-up some unknown faces to defame him otherwise, where were these persons till date, reiterating when the case of land is pending for last one year in the Honble High Court, reads the statement.
Taj has appealed media and civil society not to fall prey to malicious campaign and become un-knowingly contemptuous of the Hon’ble court but rather wait for the court decision and respect it as is the norm with the civilized societies.
