Spontaneous protests and clashes broke out in several parts of north Kashmir Saturday after another bullet-ridden body was found in Kunzar Tangmarg in district Baramulla this morning.

The body was found in paddy fields in Devbugh village. Police identified the slain as Hizbul Mujahideen militant Fayaz Ahmad Bhat of Wayil Pattan.

As the news broke out, Bhat’s hometown raged in protest with several youth coming out on road to express their anger against the killing. Reports of clashes are also coming from Kunzer and other parts of north.

Notably, a few days ago three bullet riddled body were found in an orchard in Pattan area who were later identified as three Hizb militants. A day later, another body was found in Kunzer Tangmarg. The killings have once again raged parts of north Kashmir that observed spontaneous shutdown against the killings.
