Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday ordered transfers in the administration.
In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect.
According to a Government Order No.938-GAD of 2018, Munir-ul-Islam, KAS, Director, Information, J&K, is transferred and posted as Director, Archives, Archaeology and Museums, J&K, against an available vacancy.
Tariq Ahmad Zargar, KAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Director, Information, J&K, vice Munir-ul-Islam.
As per another government Order No.9374AD of 2018, Sheikh Fayaz Ahmad, KAS, Director General, Yout Services and Sports, J&K, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, till further orders.
Asif Hamid Khan, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, shall look after the work of Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department, till further orders.
