While expressing joy and satisfaction over the successful completion of 10th and 12th Board examinations, Education Minister Naeem Akhtar praised government teachers for their dedication and hard work.
Akhtar according to spokesman said that things were not good in the valley and education system was badly hit by ongoing unrest, but the way teachers prepared themselves and took the challenge of not only safeguarding their schools but also played a praising role in conducting board examination in a safe and smooth way. “Their role was outstanding and they deserve appreciations,” Akhtar said.When asked about the withheld salaries of SSA teachers, Naeem assured that as per the revised ratio of funds from the State and Union ministries, salaries to all SSA teachers would soon be released.
