Thousands of mourners on Thursday participated in the funeral prayers of slain Trehgam youth who was killed during an army firing on Wednesday late evening.
Locals sources said that thousands of the mourners from Trehgam and its adjacent areas took part in the funeral prayers of slain youth at his ancestral graveyard in Trehgam. “The locals have assembled outside the graveyard shouting anti-governmental and pro-freedom slogans demanding justice to the family,” said a local resident.
The slain youth identified as Khalid Gaffar was killed after the Army opened fire in retaliation to stone pelting in Trehgam area of the district.
