Thousands of mourners on Tuesday participated in the funeral prayers of Kupwara man who was shot dead in Srinagar last night.
Reporters said that people from various areas of the district participated in the last rites of Abdul Ahad Ganaie, at his ancestral village in Lalpora Lolab in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Ahad was attacked by the unknown gunmen in Khanyar area of Srinagar and later his body was taken to police control room Srinagar for medico-legal formalities.
