Militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen (HM) Monday said that the threatening posters appeared in different parts of South Kashmir are the handiwork of different security agencies and the outfit has nothing to do with these posters.

Hizbul Mujhadeen Operational Spokesperson, Baleeg-u-Din told CNS on phone that the posters attributed to HM in district Islamabad are nothing to with the outfit. “We have nothing to do with these posters. There is no District Commander of such name (Major Saqib) in our outfit and we strongly condemn this action,” he said adding “these posters have been pasted on walls and poles by the people who work for different security agencies.”

Pertinently, some posters on HM letter pads had appeared in various parts of South Kashmir threatening thirty three people of “dire consequences” in case they did not “mend” their ways. These people included some prominent businessmen.
