Ruling PDP’s Karnah Lawmaker, Advocate Raja Manzoor, informed the Lower House that three persons died in a road accident in his assembly segment on Wednesday.
Raja Manzoor told the house that three persons died while one person was injured at Sadna Top. He demanded immediate response from government.
A local Journalist from the area told Kashmir Life identified deceased as Mohammad Yaqoob Malik, Mohammad Sayeed Malik, r/o Hajitara and Iftikhar Hussain, r/o Gabra.
The injured was identified as Musharaff Ahmad, r/o Gabra.
Earlier, MLA Ramnagar, R S Pathania, sought action from government that one area of his segment was hit by natural lightening. He demanded relief for the affected.
Reacting to the concern of Lawmakers, Minister Ab Haq Khan directed officials to take notice of both the incidents.
Meanwhile, MLA Kargil, Asgar Karbalai, told the house that students of Kendriya Vidyala Kargil were on strike for last three days. He sought intervention of Education Minister.
“Will find out with the concerned and will get back to house,” Education Minister, Naeem Akhtar, was quick in response.
