SRINAGAR: A massive fire damaged three residential houses in the Ishbar Nishat area in Srinagar on Monday afternoon, an official said.
He said that the fire broke out in a residential house located in the Chopan Mohallah of Ishbar Nishat area and soon spread to other structures. “The attics of two additional houses sustained damage, but fortunately, the flames were swiftly extinguished by the fire brigade, preventing any further harm.”
There was no loss of life and the cause of the fire is being investigated, the official added—(KNO)
