Three girls who used to act ‘Madams’ in fake faith healer Gulzar Bhat’s seminary at Shamsabad area of Khansahib were produced before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Budgam. Meanwhile the court has extended their remand till June 12.

A police official, who is part of the investigation told a local news agency, CNS that the police produced Gulzar Bhat’ three women supporters who had been arrested by police few days ago before the CJM Budgam Gowhar Majid Dalal in the morning. “The Court while extending the remand of these three girls shifted them to Ram Bagh Women’s Police Station,” he said adding that police has ample proof to prove Gulzar Bhat as a rapist. “So far seven girls have charged Gulzar Bhat with sexual exploitation,” he said.

Pertinently, self-styled ‘faith healer’ Gulzar Bhat was arrested in central Kashmir’s Budgam district for allegedly raping minor girls on the pretext of ‘purifying their soul’. He is currently lodged in Srinagar Central Jail.
