SRINAGAR: A three-year-old boy was killed after being hit by a vehicle in the Kullan Gund area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Saturday.
According to reports, the incident occurred when a Taveera vehicle struck a minor pedestrian.
The child was immediately taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased has been identified as Mohmad Hussain, son of Zakir Hussain Balti, a resident of Nilgrar Sonamarg, currently residing in Kullan Gund.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated further investigation. (KNO)
