SRINAGAR: Actor Tiger Shroff has sold his apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for Rs 9 crore, with the transaction registered on October 22, four days after a firing incident near his residence in Juhu in which three men allegedly opened fire at his vehicle.

According to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the apartment is located on the ninth floor of a residential complex on Main Avenue Road in Khar West. It has a carpet area of 1,291 square feet, an exclusive area of 95.80 square feet and two covered parking spaces.
The buyer paid Rs 54 lakh in stamp duty as part of the transaction. Shroff had purchased the property directly from its developer, Keystone Realtors Private Limited, in July 2018 for Rs 7.61 crore. Possession was handed over to the actor in November 2019.
The sale represents an appreciation of approximately 18.3 per cent over the original purchase price.
Meanwhile, the October 18 firing incident in Juhu is under investigation. According to reports, three gunmen allegedly fired five to six rounds at Shroff’s car before fleeing on a motorcycle. The actor’s driver and a passer-by sustained injuries, while Shroff reportedly suffered minor gunpowder burn marks on his hand and arm.
Mumbai Police subsequently arrested the alleged shooters in Kota, Rajasthan. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for the firing, according to reports.
