SRINAGAR: A woman was crushed to death by a speedy tipper in Barsoo area of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday.
Reports said that a lady identified as Kulsuma Yousuf wife of Showkat Ahmad resident of Patter Mohallah Malpora Yangroo area in Ganderbal was killed when a speedy Tipper bearing registration number JK01G 1163 hit two-wheeler JK05D/2138 at Barsoo, resulting in on spot death of a woman.
Police sources confirmed about the mishap and said that the tipper along with driver was immediately seized by the police team.
He added that a case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigations were taken up.
