SRINAGAR: A traffic cop was among three persons killed in a fatal mishap involving crash of multiple vehicles in Maloora area of Shalteng in central Kashmir’s Srinagar locality, official sources said.
Reports state that a three-wheeler (Auto), a tipper, and a Maruti Car collided, resulting in the fatalities and several injuries.
One of the deceased has been identified as Zahoor Ashraf, a traffic cop from Pattan, Baramulla.
A senior police officer confirmed the incident and assured that the authorities have taken cognizance of the matter.
