Train services suspended in southern Kashmir for ‘security reasons’

Srinagar

Train services have again been suspended on Friday for security reasons in southern Kashmir, where a Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) militant and two Army personnel were killed in an encounter late last Thursday night.

However, trains continued to chug on Srinagar-Badgam in central Kashmir to Baramulla in north Kashmir as per schedule, officials said.
