Srinagar
A truck skidded off from road and fell into the Chenab River at Nihard in Ramban.
A police official said that truck bearing registration number JK03B 4747, which was travelling from Jammu to Srinagar fell into Chenab early morning.
Two persons are reportedly dead in the incident.
Rescue team are on job and are trying to fish out the bodies.
Meanwhile, traffic on Srinagar-Jammu highway connecting Kashmir Valley with the rest of the world was suspended on Wednesday morning after continuous rainfall, official sources said.
