Para said the Baramulla cricketer had received appreciation from the Prime Minister’s Office, the Union Home Ministry, the Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and cricket followers across the country, while questioning the decision to leave him out of the India A squad.
The PDP leader also tagged BCCI officials and cricket administrators while raising the issue on social media.
Aqib Nabi Dar, a bowling all-rounder from Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir, came into the national spotlight following his performances in domestic cricket. He was later signed by Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League and is currently part of the franchise.
