Two alleged ‘ring leaders’ of stone pelters arrested by NIA from southern Kashmir

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) Tuesday arrested two youth from southern part of Kashmir allegedly involved in stone pelting, reports quoting sources said.

The arrested include Javed Ahmad Bhat of Kulgam and Kamran Yousuf of Pulwama, sources said and added that they have been termed as “ring leaders” of stone pelters.

NIA started its activities in the valley by raiding pro-freedom leader’s residences and arresting as many as seven of them.

The agency has also arrested a prominent businessman in the alleged funding case.
