In two different incidents, Police has recovered a body of a non-local in Nishat area of Srinagar on Tuesday evening.
45 years old Nandan Singh son of Sher Singh resident of Bageshwar Uttaranchal was found dead in a rented house at Brain, Nishat. The deceased was working as a cook in The Hotel Vivanta Taj, Kral Sangri, Brain Nishat. Nishat Police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard.
While as another body was recovered in Kupwara forests in suspicious circumstances on Tuesday evening.
45 years old Mohammad Yaseen Mugal son of Mir Zaman Mugal resident of Narizab Kalarooch, Kupwara had left to jungle for collection of firewood. He did not return home till late evening, some family members went in search of him who found him dead in the forest. Police has initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC in this regard also.
