Two fraudsters convicted by CJM, Srinagar on Saturday for fabrication of qualification certificates to secure undue gains.
Court of Chief judicial magistrate, Srinagar convicted Gulshana Akhtar daughter of Ghulam Hassan Bhat resident of Litter, Pulwama for obtaining admission in Nursing diploma course on the strength of a fake and fabricated 10+2 certificate. Crime Branch Kashmir had investigated the case under FIR No. 38/96 and had challaned the case against the accused who was convicted by the court.
In an another case FIR No 33/2002 Crime branch, Kashmir, the court convicted Firdousa Bano daughter of Ghulam Muhammad Khan resident of Gousia Colony Bemina, Srinagar for securing appointment as Junior Assistant on the fake and fabricated Matriculation certificate.
