SRINAGAR: Six CRPF personnel sustained injuries on Saturday evening after an attack was launched on the security establishment in Kakasarai area of Karan Nagar in Srinagar.
Initial reports suggest that personnel of CRPF were manning the check-post when the incident took place. The grenade exploded with a bang creating panic in the area. Reports also suggest that following the explosion, gunshots were also heard from the spot. However, a police party is on the spot to assess the situation.
