Two girls were injured in a road accident when a Tata Sumo collided with a scooty near Dalgate in Srinagar on Monday afternoon.
According to eyewitness, the girls riding scooty were talking on phone when the accident happened. “They didn’t see Tata Sumo coming from the opposite direction and collided with it heads on,” said Saba, an eyewitness.”The Sumo driver is not at fault.”
The girls, who are in their teens, were rushed to SMHS hospital for treatment. The condition of one among them is said to be serious. “She had blood all over her,” said Saba.
