SRINAGAR: Two individuals were injured in a scuffle between two groups of youths in the Bemina area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district late Wednesday night.
A police officer said that a brawl erupted between two groups of youths at Hamza Colony, resulting in injuries to two individuals.
“They have been identified as Faizaan Rasheed Bhat, son of Ab Rasheed Bhat, a resident of Usmania Colony Bemina, and Riyaan Ameen Lone, son of Mohd Amin Lone, a resident of Usmania Colony,” he said.
He said that both have been shifted to JVC Hospital for treatment, where their condition is reported to be stable.
Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigation has been initiated. (KS)
