SRINAGAR: Two persons were killed while 13 others were injured in a road mishap in Kishtwar district on Friday.
An official said that an accident occurred at Hakoo Palai area of Machail in Kishtwar when a vehicle (Tata Sumo) bearing registration number JK17 7378 rolled down after the driver lost control over the wheels.
The official said that in the mishap, 15 people were injured and were immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared two people dead on arrival. The other injured were hospitalized for advanced treatment.
Meanwhile, a police officer said that a case in this regard has been registered. (KS)
