SRINAGAR: Two militants were killed in an encounter with counter-insurgent forces at Wandakpora village of Awantipora area in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
An official said that two militants were killed in encounter at Wandakpora village in Awantipora area of Pulwama.
The identity of the slain militants could not be ascertained immediately.
Earlier, a police spokesman said a gunfight broke out between militants and forces at Wandakpora village in Awantipora area of Pulwama.
