Consequent upon the Cabinet decision, the General Administration Department has issued order for grant of special ex-gratia relief and Government jobs to the next of kin of the victims of Udhampur acid attack case on October 9, 2015.
As per the order vide number 147-A/11/2015 issued by Additional Secretary to the Government in this regard, Government jobs have been sanctioned in favour of NoKs of deceased Zahid Ahmad Bhat and injured Showkat Ahmad Dar.
Besides, special ex-gratia relief of Rs 5 Lakh to the NoK of deceased Zahid Ahmad Bhat of Batengoo, Islamabad, and Rs 3 Lakh to injured Showkat Ahmad Dar of Uranhal, Lakh, has also been sanctioned. (CNS)
