The United Jihad Council Chief Syed Salah-u-Din has distanced himself from fake Facebook and Twitter—social networking accounts that have been opened in his name.
In a statement issued to Kashmir News Service, Saleem Hashmi, the spokesman of Hizbul Mujahideen has warned the people behind fake Facebook and Twitter accounts that have been opened in the name of the UJC chief.
“We appeal people to keep an eye on such users of popular social networking sites who are misusing the name of UJC chief. Such elements are also warned to immediately block these fake accounts on Facebook and Twitter,” Hashmi has said.
