Srinagar
The Sumbal municipal committee in Bandipora district has recorded 33.27 percent voter turnout in till 3 pm in the ongoing second phase of civic polls.

A total of 2632 votes were cast which include 1391 from males and 1232 from females.
In Srinagar, 3715 votes were polled till 3 pm.
In Watergam officials said that 16 votes were cast till 3 pm. All the votes were polled by male registered voters and no female turned to any of the polling booths.
Reports said that in Islamabad 335 votes and in Langate 21 votes were polled till 3 pm.
