As the counting of votes for the recently concluded municipal polls has begun in Jammu and Kashmir at 8:00 am on Saturday morning.
In Municipal Council, Islamabad in south Kashmir, as the counting ended in this morning, a Congress party has been declared successful at 20 wards of the district.
Out of total 25 wards, Congress has been declared as the winner for 20 wards. In 16 wards of the council, 240 votes were cast while the rest wards saw no contest.
