Congress party has won all 13 wards of the Leh municipal committee while its opponent Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) drew a blank in the just concluded polls.
An official said that the Congress party candidates were declared successful in all the 13 wards.
The counting for the polls began at 8 am on Saturday while the elections concluded on October 16.
