Congress party has won 8 of the fifteen wards of Baramulla municipal committee elections as counting ended this morning.
Officials said that Congress won 8 while BJP secured 5 wards. Two wards was won by Independent candidates.
The counting for the polls began at 8 am on Saturday while the elections concluded on October 16.
