Srinagar
Congress party has won 10 of the 13 wards of Kokernag municipal committee elections as counting ended this morning.
Officials said that Congress won 10 while independents secured 2 wards.
The polling was held for only four wards of the committee while eight candidates were elected unopposed. One ward had no nomination.
The counting for the recently concluded Municipal Committee elections is underway in Jammu and Kashmir.
