Expressing concern over unabated killings of innocent people in Kashmir Valley, Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather Monday appealed the members of all political parties to have a discussion on the matter so that killings in Valley could be stopped without any delay.

Speaking on the obituary reference, Rather said that so many innocent lives have been lost from part two decades. Time has come that we take serious note of innocent killings and put a halt on this.

He said that unabated killings of innocent people are on rise and the matter should be discussed in the House so that ways and means could be find out to check such killings.

Rather appealed Speaker Legislative Assembly, Mubarak Gul to allow the matter be discussed in the House.

Rather said that we need to put our heads together for putting an end to the killing of innocent civilians in the State. He said every resident of the State is pained on any human killing in any part of the State and there is no doubt about that
